Liberty Fest

A Slice of Americana in Every City Park

Farmers Branch boasts a multitude of beautiful parks providing the perfect setting for a Memorial Day weekend celebration, when the inaugural Liberty Fest pays tribute to the men and women that have served our country. The two-day event will be centered on the area from Gussie Field Watterworth Park to Liberty Plaza and the Historical Park.

Family Camp

Sandy Creek Bible Camp

Friday Sept 3rd- Sunday Sept 5th Cost is $100 per person with a maximum family cost of $440. There is no fee for children 6 and under. Day use will be $40 per person.

Friday night dinner will be between 6:15 and 7:15. Chapel will

follow. 9:00 we will have an outdoor movie, swimming, table games,

snacks and fellowship.

Saturday early morning options: a Mind Body Spirit workout,

possible dove hunt (opening day), there are fish in the pond or you can

sleep. Breakfast followed by Family devotions. Between breakfast and

dinner enjoy a staggered schedule of camp activities such as Archery,

Hatchet Throwing, Horseback Riding, Skeet Shooting, Climbing,

Crafts, Tournament Games and Swimming. After Dinner we will have

a Chapel service followed by a “Really Big Show” presented by Back

at the Ranch, a western swing, foot tapping, two stepping good time.

Sunday early morning options then Breakfast and Family devotions.

Breaking of bread service and Chapel followed by an all-inclusive

family game then Lunch. We will have activities planned for after

lunch, and then there will be a final awards ceremony and snack.

Depart camp at 4:30.
