The Ranch Road Show

ORGANIZATION: The Ranch Road Show’s goal is to create a didactic entertainment venue that cheers the heart of its audience through preserving and promoting the legacy of roots music, rural life, and the arts.

The Ranch Road Show- Talented creators Clover and Rachel Carroll are the imaginative producers that turned their passion for roots music, rural life, and the arts into a critically acclaimed production. The Ranch Road Show is a touring production about life on the Ranch Road where musicians, writers, humorists, storytellers, poets, and other artists meet at the rural crossroads. This multi-media show takes its audience on a journey by means of sketch comedy, musical performance, and special guests. The Ranch Road Show includes highlights of local talent and points of interest of the area in which the show is hosted. Saddle up and hang on for a trip down the Ranch Road.

The host promoters and chief beneficiaries of this event are BATR Productions and any subcontracted talent and/or performers affiliated with The Ranch Road Show. This program works in conjunction with the following organizations:

• Texas Commission on the Arts
• Local Theatrical Companies
• The Texas Chamber of Commerce
• Local Arts Commissions
• Local Convention and Visitors Bureaus

Program Entertainment: The Ranch Road Show employs the talents of professional performers who are depicting wholesome quality entertainment. The program includes a variety of historical, cultural, and artistic entertainment showcased by various performers:

SPONSORSHIPS: We are currently seeking financial backers at several levels for the RRS production. Funding will be used to supplement the entertainment programming which would otherwise not be affordable. We are seeking Major Sponsors for $500 or higher, Official Sponsors for $100-$499, and Benefactors at $50-$99 each. This sponsorship investment is projected to return up to $2,000 in advertising and promotion value (based on level of support).

·        Name/logo on brochures and posters/flyers.

·        Name/logo on program/entertainment schedule.

·        Name/logo on TV spots, radio and newspaper advertising throughout the covered area.

·        Name/logo at entrance of venue shown as Major Sponsor.

·        Opportunity to sell product or exclusive pourage rights, or distribute promotional literature or materials consistent with the RRS production. 

$100-$499 - Official Sponsor

·        Name/logo on brochures and posters/flyers.

·        Name/logo on program/entertainment schedule.

$50-$99 - Benefactor

·        Name/logo on program/entertainment schedule.

Television and radio talk shows (in and around your town area.) Any live remotes. All press releases and press kits mailed across Texas. Presence on RRS website.
